Hi, I'm Rini!
Hi, I’m Sarini Zainal, a former chemical engineer and the founder of Pastels Group Sdn Bhd, the company behind The Pastels Shop.I studied Chemical and Biological Engineering at Korea University before beginning my professional career at Air Products. My experience in engineering and the corporate world shaped the way I approach skincare with curiosity, careful thinking, and strong focus on creating products that are practical and effective. What started as a personal passion has grown into a trusted Malaysian skincare brand, available online and across hundreds of retail touchpoints nationwide. Through The Pastels Shop, I hope to continue making high-quality skincare easier to understand, more affordable, and accessible to everyone.
